Kaya Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using any services offered by kaya. By registering or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Eligibility
By accessing or using the kaya platform on any device or browser, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to use online entertainment services in Malaysia. kaya reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that cannot confirm such eligibility.
Users accessing the platform from regions where such services are legally prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws. kaya bears no liability for any use that violates applicable regulations in the user's jurisdiction.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and kaya ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only allowed to have one active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without prior notice.
Upon registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. kaya reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time using valid official identification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension until the verification process is complete.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the kaya support team. User responsibilities include:
- Keeping your profile information current and accurate
- Not sharing your account or allowing third parties to access it
- Not using automated software, bots, or any other means to manipulate the system
- Complying with all game rules set for each category on the platform
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the kaya platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers, e-wallets, and other payment channels officially listed on the platform. kaya does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly, except through verified methods.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on the selected payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process. Winnings will be withdrawn to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, as an anti-fraud security measure.
Withdrawal processing times vary by method and may take between 1 to 5 business days. kaya reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for identity verification purposes or to investigate suspicious activity. Any attempt to manipulate the payment system — including the use of third-party card or account information — will result in immediate account termination and the case being reported to the relevant authorities.
Bonuses and promotions credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements set out separately in the respective promotion terms. Winnings generated from bonuses may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Account Policy
Users are prohibited from using the kaya platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or actions that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties. Misuse will result in account suspension or permanent closure without any refund of balances associated with the offending activity.
Account Suspension
Kaya reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account if an investigation is underway, verification requirements remain outstanding, or a complaint is pending resolution. During the suspension period, access to balances and games will be restricted until the matter is resolved.
Account Closure
Accounts may be permanently closed upon user request or at kaya's discretion if these terms are breached. Any valid balance will be returned to the user within a reasonable timeframe after the verification process is complete. Accounts closed due to serious violations are not eligible for a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Kaya is not liable for any financial losses arising from use of the platform, including losses resulting from betting outcomes, technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or circumstances beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding continuous availability or the accuracy of game results.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kaya platform — including logos, designs, text, software code, images, and brand names — is the exclusive property of kaya or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from kaya.
Third-Party Links
The kaya platform may contain references or links to third-party services. kaya is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access third-party services at their own risk.
6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
Kaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual discussion between both parties. Should a resolution not be reached, both parties agree to refer the matter to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
